MB Remodels (Maksymov Brownstone LLC) is a family-owned remodeling and construction company serving the Greater Seattle area for over 10 years. Founded by Ihor Maksymov, we transform kitchens, bathrooms, and entire homes for residential and commercial clients — with craftsmanship we stand behind.

Our story began on job sites, not in an office. Ihor Maksymov spent years working in construction before assembling a team of his own — and that hands-on background still shapes how we plan, budget, and build every project today.

Today our remodeling and construction services cover everything a home may need: from a single-room refresh to a complete renovation, home additions, and the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work behind the walls. One team guides your project from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.

The MB Remodels team is licensed and bonded, with in-house specialists who bring real craftsmanship and attention to detail to every space they touch — from structural work to finish carpentry.
